What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment during their first session. We will discuss the concerns that brought them to therapy, review, relevant, personal and mental health, history, and identify their goals for treatment. I will answer any questions about the therapy process and collaborate with client clients to start the process for develop an initial plan tailored to their needs. The first session is an opportunity to build rapport and begin establish a strong therapeutic relationship.
