Great to meet you!

I am a change agent and an advocate for mental wellness. I am deeply committed to advancing trauma-informed care and promoting mental and emotional wellness. My passion lies in integrating systemic perspectives with hands-on practice to support individuals and communities. By combining my expertise in private practice, community outreach, and direct client support, I strive to create holistic and effective interventions that foster resilience and well-being at every level.

My approach to therapy

As a senior-level social worker using CBT interventions, I work closely with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. My role involves creating a supportive therapeutic relationship, setting and tracking progress on SMART goals, and implementing techniques like cognitive restructuring and behavioral experiments. I conduct regular assessments and adaptation of strategies ensure that clients develop practical skills to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

For the first session, clients can expect a discussion exploring hobbies, lifestyle and support system. I believe it's important to create an environment where clients can feel comfortable and ask any questions that may come up, as well as a smooth transition into their mental health treatment.
