Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Simone, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative and supportive, grounded in evidence-based practices that promote long-term growth. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or disconnected and together, we work to understand the underlying patterns and build practical tools for change. I strive to create a space that feels both safe and productive, where meaningful insight and lasting progress can happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I work with clients to explore the deeper roots of their struggles while also building practical skills to navigate day-to-day challenges. I value creating a space where you can feel both supported and gently challenged where we can be curious together about what’s working, what’s not, and why. While I tailor my approach to each individual, my work often draws from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness-based practices. I have a particular interest in helping clients who are navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity questions, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and better equipped to handle what’s in front of them. Over time, they gain insight into the patterns that have kept them stuck and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, emotional clarity, and practical tools you can use outside the therapy room. I aim to create a space that feels warm, honest, and collaborative where you can show up fully and do meaningful work at your own pace.
