Great to meet you!

If you are nervous about starting therapy, rest assured that you are making a great decision. My name is Simone and I am a licensed therapist in the state of Nevada. I have experience working with couples, teens, singles, seniors and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very upbeat and positive in my sessions. I like to help people see the positive side of things while validating their feelings regarding the negative side. Below are a few treatment modalities I use in sessions:

  • Psychodynamic: This is used to help connect your past (childhood) with current behaviors you may display now.
  • Solution-Focused: This is used to help solve specific problems or issues you may be dealing with.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This is used to help build esteem.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to learn the following from my sessions:

  • How to process and heal from challenging things they may have experienced as a child
  • How to communicate with loved ones in healthy ways
  • How to reduce stress, anxiety and depression
  • How to think positively when things don't go as planned
  • How to handle conflict and challenging feelings in healthy ways
  • How to become more mindful of how your body is responding when you around around certain people or at certain places.

Simone's style is
