Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, reflective space where clients can feel supported as they explore what’s bringing them to therapy.

I work with adults ages 18 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to support clients as they gain insight, perspective, and practical tools to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic and strengths-based, with an emphasis on collaboration. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll build insight into patterns and develop practical tools to help you navigate personal, relational, and systemic challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and any questions you may have about the process. You can expect a supportive and thoughtful conversation that moves at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and clearer about next steps. I'd love to hear from you!
