Great to meet you!
Outside my role as a therapist I identify as a creative. Whether its pretending I'm a barista, crafting coffee and fresh-baked treats for my loved ones, practicing roller skating routines to groovy tunes (at dangerous volumes), or clumsily strumming guitar— I enjoy finding ways to incorporate play in my every-day. My favorite mode of expression is watercolor portraiture. There's something about watching the initial messy layers slowly become forms that are complex and dynamic that reminds me every experience (and subsequent emotion) we encounter — the ones we like and the ones we don’t —integrate to make all of us who we are. I bring that same curiosity, ingenuity, and warmth into the therapy room. You don't have to arrive polished or have the right words. You just have to show up.
