Great to meet you!

I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist with over 17 years of experience helping individuals and couples build deeper connections and experience lasting growth. Whether you are a couple struggling to rebuild trust after infidelity, or an individual navigating life transitions like perimenopause, trauma, or addiction recovery, my primary goal is to provide a nurturing, nonjudgmental, and secure space where you feel completely seen, heard, and validated. I am also deeply passionate about helping people break free from the isolation and shame of eating disorders and body image concerns. No matter your struggle, I am here to help you heal, restore a secure sense of self, and mend the relationships that matter most.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the attachment based model of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that true healing begins with genuine acceptance. In our sessions, we will look beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the underlying emotions and relational patterns driving your distress. When working with eating disorders and addictions, we explore the emotional wounds that maladptive coping patterns so food and substances no longer feels like your only means of release. I combine evidence-based practices with a highly collaborative, compassionate framework, tailoring each tool to your unique path toward self-compassion and emotional freedom.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave our sessions with emotional awareness, renewed hope, and a much stronger connection to themselves and others. Together, we will work to dismantle repetitive, negative patterns and break the cycle of self-criticism that keeps you feeling stuck. You can expect to gain concrete strategies for managing difficult emotions, resolving deep-rooted conflicts, and navigating tough life transitions with clarity. Ultimately, you will gain confidence, self-compassion, and personal power needed to create lasting, meaningful change in your life and relationships
