Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, young female adults whom are in distress, confused and need help with coping skills. I assist with helping them understand what happened, who they are and where they are going. Talking with someone other than family helps. It helps to not feel judged and feel accepted. We all have a place where we belong.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer play therapy for children ages 3 to 18. I have worked with children and adolescents for over 20 years. Much of my experience is working with children, teens and adults with or without disabilities. I am a relaxed therapist, less conservative and use many interactives and resources in sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

The therapeutic experience is the starting of building and rebuilding life’s goals and directions. I am here to interrupt the pattern. That bad pattern that keeps you in circles. Therapy is hard work at first but it is very worth your growth and learning. People come to therapy to find answers. I am here to help you find those answers.
