I have been working in the addiction field for almost 20 years and have worked with clients in NY and FL who are struggling with trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression and more. I have a degree in addiction counseling, human services and criminal justice and a Master's in Social work.
I use several modalities of therapy and prefer to meet with a client and mold their session to their needs. I tend to be more solution focused and holistic in nature. I have worked in addiction, with people living with HIV, and women and more recently with professionals.
Our first session will be about getting to know one another and setting goals for the upcoming sessions.
