My name is Simratpal Kaur but I go by Simy. I have been a nurse in various settings for over six years. I have worked in oncology, med-surg, surgery, and cardiology specialties. I received both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Texas at Arlington. I am very passionate about mental health and believe in a holistic approach to one's well-being. I hope to change the stigma associated with mental health and promote happier and healthier minds!
