Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and trained at Yale as a psych NP. With my unique background, I can relate to a lot of identity, cultural, and adjustment issues. I believe in a collaborative, holistic, and culturally appropriate approach to mental health care. I put equal emphasis on psychotherapy and medication, and I strive to to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to process any feelings/thoughts that might be troubling them.

My approach to therapy

Please note currently I am only taking clients for medication management

I take a very collaborative approach as clients are expert of their lives; and I will try my best to utilize my knowledge and skills to partner with clients to resolve/achieve things that are important to them.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns and grief. I also focus a lot of attachment theory and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

you can expect to have a space where you can be relaxed, challenged, and inspired at the same time. I hope you can learn more about yourself in the context of what's around you, and feel more at ease with whatever is going on in your life.
