Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who genuinely cares about the people I work with. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel that we are working through things together rather than simply talking at you. I’m curious about your story and the experiences that have shaped you, without defining you by them. I’ll meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and help you make sense of the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and more able to create the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, integrative, and trauma-informed. I believe our experiences, relationships, and early attachment patterns can shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world, often in ways we don’t fully recognize. Together, we’ll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion while focusing on how they show up in your life today. I draw from attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, inner-child and reparenting work, and solution-focused therapy. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, feel more grounded and regulated, build self-trust and healthier boundaries, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you would like to be different, and what you hope to get from our work together. I’ll ask questions about your history and relationships so I can better understand the bigger picture, but we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Most importantly, you don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. We’ll start wherever you are and begin figuring it out together.
