Great to meet you!

I've been a licensed therapist in Ohio since 2022, and have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. I believe mental health deserves to be prioritized, and that choosing to seek support is an important step. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or carrying things that feel hard to put into words, therapy can be a space to explore that safely and honestly. I’m especially passionate about working with trauma and PTSD, helping you gently process your experiences and reconnect with hope and who you are beneath it all. I believe you already have the capacity for change—I’m here to help you uncover it.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a space that feels safe and honest. Using a trauma-informed lens, I help you make sense of experiences that may feel confusing or difficult to put into words. I’ll support you while also gently challenging you, helping you deepen your self-awareness and reconnect with yourself. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of creating lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin gently—creating space for you to share what’s been weighing on you and what’s brought you here, at a pace that feels right. I’ll help guide the conversation so we can start to make sense of your experiences and what you’re hoping to find in therapy. My goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and a little less alone in what you’ve been carrying. Because opening up can sometimes feel overwhelming, I like to end our first session with something steady—a sense of hope, clarity, or direction you can take with you.
