I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I earned my degree at Molloy University in Rockville Centre, Summa Cum Laude. I have been in healthcare for over 10 years. I have worked as a registered nurse at an in-patient psychiatric facility caring for individuals including young children, teens, adults and geriatrics. I specialize in depression, mood/bipolar disorders, anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, sleep, ADHD & PTSD. I serve the 5 boroughs of NYC, Suffolk, and Nassau County.

I have a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their healing journey towards mental health and wellness. My care is patient-centered. I am here to offer a listening ear, a guiding hand and a personalized path towards healing. I focus on CBT therapy and mindfulness to help towards wellness.
