Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and mood disorders. I also have experience supporting individuals with intellectual challenges, severe and persistent mental illness, and people facing significant life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where each person feels seen, supported, and empowered.

I am also well‐versed in Christian Counseling and can integrate faith‐based perspectives into therapy when desired. Whether you prefer a spiritually informed framework or a more traditional clinical approach, I honor your values and support you in a way that feels aligned with your identity and beliefs.

My approach to therapy

I provide an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple theories and modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My work blends evidence‐based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy, along with other supportive techniques that promote insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My communication style adapts to you — your pace, your personality, and your goals. I remain flexible, authentic, and collaborative, meeting you exactly where you are and adjusting my approach to what works best for your individual journey.

What you can expect from me

Building Comfort and Safety The first session is about helping you feel at ease. I use active listening, a calm pace, and supportive questions so you can share your story without feeling rushed or judged. You decide how much or how little you want to talk about — my role is to create a space where you feel heard.

Conduct a Biopsychosocial assessment During our initial meeting, I’ll also complete a Biopsychosocial assessment. This is a collaborative conversation that explores your background, current stressors, strengths, and support systems. Understanding your unique experiences helps me get a full picture of what you’re navigating, so together we can identify meaningful goals and create treatment objectives that fit your needs.
