Great to meet you!

I’m not just a therapist who studied resilience; I’ve lived it.

I am a multi-racial Latina born and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona, a community rich in culture, strength, survival, and deep ancestral roots. I am a proud product of the very neighborhoods, schools, and systems that shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately called me into this work.

My journey has not been one of privilege or perfection. Like many women in our communities, I know what it means to navigate generational expectations, cultural identity, survival mode, trauma, self-doubt, and the weight of carrying responsibilities at a young age.

Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor, bilingual clinician (English & Spanish), entrepreneur, mother, mentor, speaker, and culturally rooted healer.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in integrating evidence-based practices with deep respect for identity, community, spirituality, intergenerational healing, and the lived realities of navigating this world as a person of color.

I have extensive experience supporting BIPOC communities, women, teens, first- and second-generation professionals, individuals impacted by incarceration, court-involved clients, young mothers, helpers, leaders, and those carrying silent burdens while appearing “strong” on the outside.

My approach to therapy

If you’ve ever felt like you had to code-switch to survive, be the cycle-breaker in your family, carry everyone else’s pain, or figure life out without a roadmap—know that you don’t have to do it alone.

In this space, you do not have to shrink, translate yourself, or leave parts of your identity at the door. You are welcome here fully, authentically, and unapologetically.

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered, honoring each individual as a whole being—mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing is a deeply personal journey, and my goal is to help clients find balance, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate inner peace. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other culturally responsive techniques to support meaningful and lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

Clients who engage in therapy with me can expect to gain a deeper understanding of who they are, where they’re headed, and what truly matters to them. Together, we develop practical strategies to manage current challenges while also exploring and challenging limiting beliefs and perspectives that may be holding them back. Through this process, clients walk away feeling more empowered, grounded, and aligned with their authentic path.
