Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are high-achieving teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or patterns around alcohol or substance use. On the outside, they may seem successful and put together, but internally they often feel stressed, disconnected, or stuck. I also work with first- and second-generation Americans navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and intergenerational conflict. I offer therapy in English and can incorporate Mandarin when helpful to support communication and cultural understanding.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based interventions to help clients manage anxiety, difficult emotions, and unhelpful coping patterns around alcohol or substance use. We also explore how childhood experiences and family dynamics may be shaping current relationship and behavior patterns. In addiction work, I use a non-12-step approach and support change at a pace that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain insight, and feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I value building a strong, trusting relationship so we can work together toward meaningful and lasting change. Clients can expect practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and support in creating healthier patterns in their relationships, emotions, and daily lives.
