I create a safe place where you can navigate inner fears, learn ways to cope with symptoms that interfere with daily life, or just a place to release pain. When you are ready to take the journey of inner healing, I will be there to guide you along with offering proven tools that work. I use multiple therapeutic interventions based on what works best for each client. I work with all populations; including children, teens, and adults.

The treatment methods and tools I like to use are a mixture of proven techniques that are individualized depending on your need. I am certified as a DBT practitioner so I lean on many of these resources. I also use CBT and Mindfulness Practice. I work with teens, and adults.

A typical first session with me involves getting to know your worldview, stressors, changes you want to see, and also talking about any particular goals you want to achieve. As we move forward, I like to give tasks in between our sessions or areas to focus on. After working together for awhile, we evaluate our plan and see if you feel you have met the goals; and if you want new goals to be created!
