My approach is very interactive and collaborative with you, as my client. I want to hear where you’re stuck and work with you to create solutions that can be implemented after every session. I also believe in moving the work along in between sessions, so will give you ‘homework’ (things to do), to help you continue your growth in-between sessions. Change is possible! Solutions are within your reach!
I’m very eclectic in my therapeutic approach. I will assess what is going on using a biopsychosocial lens, the first few times we meet. Then, I will determine what modality will give you the best outcomes and move forward with you. We will set goals together and celebrate as you accomplish goals your goals!
My commitment as your therapist is for you to leave every session believing you have better insights into your life and new directions to explore. Fostering a more positive outlook on your life and creating a deeper belief in yourself - will be some of the outcomes we strive for. Let’s do this!
