Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through many different seasons of life.

My experience includes working with adults, couples, adolescents and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflicts, life transitions, stress, and challenges with communication. I especially enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop practical tools they can use beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable talking openly about what you’re going through without feeling judged or pressured. Together, we’ll work through the challenges that brought you to therapy, build on your strengths, and find realistic ways to create positive changes that fit your life and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been going through, and what you would like to see change. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we meet; we can work through that together. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where you can be open and honest without feeling judged. From there, we’ll identify what is most important to you and work together toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic for your life.
