Great to meet you!

With nearly 9 years of experience, I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, people-pleasing, masking, life transitions, and neurodivergence.

Therapy with me isn’t about becoming a “better” version of yourself for everyone else. It’s about getting curious about who you are beneath expectations, survival strategies, and the pressure to have everything figured out.

My approach is affirming, collaborative, and culturally responsive, with particular care for queer, trans, nonbinary, neurodivergent, and BIPOC clients. Together, we’ll create space for greater self-understanding, authenticity, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I’m a humanistic therapist who believes you are the expert on your own life. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I’ll help you explore what feels heavy, challenge unhelpful patterns, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

We will work to create a space where you can show up authentically, laugh when you need to, and discover what works best for you without judgment or pressure.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect compassion, accountability without shame, and authenticity without clinical performance.

I believe therapy can hold both depth and humor. We can talk about the hard things without making every session feel heavy.

You don’t have to shrink, mask, code-switch, or make yourself easier to understand here. Come as you are and we’ll figure out the rest together.
