Great to meet you!

I am an inclusive, neuro-affirming clinician who believes deeply in people’s capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. I work with many late diagnosed neurodivergent individuals and caregivers. Additionally, I also work with individuals from all backgrounds who are navigating life transitions. For over a decade, I have supported clients navigating a wide range of experiences including anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender identity, spirituality and metaphysical exploration, parenting, grief, and the ongoing challenges of everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational and collaborative, while blending holistic, solution-focused, and evidence-based interventions. I aim to create a relaxed yet effective therapeutic relationship while honoring your interconnected inner world. Together, we explore your unique nervous system, strengths, needs, and develop strategies that work for you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for my clients to feel relief, supported without judgement, and hopeful about their futures. I consider myself to be an intuitive and abstract thinker which influences how I connect with my clients. I like to work with my clients to explore and uncover the roots of their challenges and identify patterns that may not be immediately visible.
