Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence and AuDHD, chronic illness, burnout, religious deconstruction, and the complicated intersections between them. I especially value working with people whose experiences don’t fit neatly into one box—people who have spent years wondering whether they are too much, too sensitive, too complicated, or somehow getting life wrong. I have over three years in direct clinical work, and two years in crisis response work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, somatic, holistic, and deeply collaborative. I draw from EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic Expression, and DBT to help you understand your nervous system, make sense of internal conflict, and develop greater self-trust and choice. I believe survival responses deserve curiosity rather than shame, and that healing doesn’t require erasing the parts of you that kept you going. I also make room for the identities, relationships, and systems that shape our lives. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, poly/ENM-affirming, and sex- and kink-positive. I welcome exploration of spirituality and religious deconstruction, including connection to cosmic, earth-based, or alternative spiritual paths. I recognize that trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, relationships, spirituality, and identity can profoundly influence one another.

What you can expect from me

Your first sessions may feel awkward and uncomfortable. I am asking you to be vulnerable and open in a life where your experiences may have taught you that is impossible or dangerous. I don't expect immediate trust. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you or turning you into someone new. You are the expert in your story. My role is to offer a space where you can bring your whole self without leaving any piece at the door—to understand what you’ve survived, honor what it took to get here, and create a life that feels genuinely like your own.
