I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize many tools to support clients on their path to healing. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, sadness, depression, anger, loneliness, stress, relational difficulties, parenting problems, postpartum anxiety, or postpartum depression I am here to support you in your healing. I enjoy working with couples, families, children, and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My orientation is based in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Somatic Attachment, Movement, Sex Therapy, and Art Therapy. I support clients in healing mind, body, spirit in a safe space. I use evidence based practices to support clients in improving symptoms and healing emotional pain.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients improve relationships with themselves and others, to feel more empowered, integrated, and whole. I also work to support clients in helping them heal emotional pain, trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, and in overcoming patterns that are causing them stress and pain.
