Trauma, loss, anxiety, and sudden changes in life, while painful , are not who you are, and they do not have to be a forever life script of limitations, pain, and self-doubt. They may be what drives you heal, shed what no longer serves you. and free yourself to claim the life and relationships you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Meeting each client and couple where they are, focusing on their goals and best modalities to achieve them. Holding both of us being accountable for your progress so you can enjoy the success of your efforts. Customizing your care may include mindfulness, CBT, effective communication skill building, EMDR, lifestyle and wellness coaching, etc. Helping you to create the life and relationships that feel true, supportive, and passionate.
