Great to meet you!

I bring years of experience in the mental health field, supporting individuals through life’s challenges and adversities. I’m especially passionate about helping people recognize and work through intergenerational patterns of trauma. This is something I understand on a personal level from my own childhood experiences.

Outside of my work, I value self-care and balance by spending quality time with my family, my daughter, and preparing to welcome my son in June. I also enjoy cooking, playing hockey, and being present with loved ones, which helps keep me grounded and connected.

In my work with clients, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging space where you can discover your purpose, build on your unique strengths, and work toward reaching your full potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, attentive, and thoughtful, with an emphasis on creating a safe and trusting space. I use an attachment-based and person-centered framework, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, reflective mindfulness, family systems theory, and trauma-focused interventions. This integrative style allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs while fostering respect, trust, and emotional safety.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin building a collaborative relationship focused on trust and mutual respect. We will explore your goals and identify strengths while increasing awareness of your self-perception and personal experiences. You can expect a supportive environment where we begin developing realistic, meaningful goals aimed at improving your overall quality of life.
