Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with adults who are eager to explore and deepen their understanding of themselves through their personal experiences, core values, and interactions with others. My goal is to create a supportive and insightful environment where clients can uncover insights about themselves, foster self-awareness, and develop meaningful connections. I love working with individuals who are interested in developing new coping skills to reduce uncomfortable symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I believe that clients are the true experts in their own treatment and are the best narrators of their stories. I have a warm and compassionate approach that centers around building rapport with my clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial to the healing process, and I work hard to create a safe and trusting environment where clients can freely express themselves. I have a trauma-informed approach and understand the impact that past experiences can have on one’a mental health. I prioritize creating an emotionally safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a brave first step and one that can feel overwhelming. During our first session together, you will be in the driver’s seat as we begin to explore the reasons that brought you to therapy. This is your space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and we will work together to create a safe and supportive environment for you to open up. I am here to support you on your journey. Our sessions will be collaborative and tailored to meet your unique needs, and together we will work towards your personal growth and healing.
