Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am a board-certified PMHNP in the state of Texas with a strong background in teens, adult and geriatric mental health. My clinical experience includes treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders through a combination of evidence-based therapy and medication management. I take a collaborative approach, empowering clients to develop coping skills, gain insight into their mental health, and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and personalized approach to mental health care, combining therapy and medication management to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. My goal is to help clients understand their mental health, develop practical coping skills, and achieve lasting improvements in mood, sleep, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing your current concerns, symptoms, and goals. I’ll review your mental health history, medications, and any past treatments to get a full picture of your needs. Together, we’ll develop an individualized plan based on evidence based practice, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process. My focus is on creating a supportive, safe environment so you feel comfortable sharing and moving toward positive change.
