Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and former designer and educator. Having lived and worked across cultures and changed careers, I understand that identity, ambition, relationships, and belonging are rarely simple.

I work especially well with creative professionals and first- and second-generation adults navigating a variety of concerns including anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relational concerns, cultural or family expectations, and major life transitions. My goal is not to define success for you, but to help you build a life that feels meaningful and genuinely your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, humanistic, and collaborative. I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and directness to our work, creating space for both reflection and practical change.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy, ACT, trauma-informed CBT, and somatic and expressive approaches. Together, we may explore longstanding patterns, understand how they developed, and identify new ways of responding that better reflect your values, relationships, and present-day needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to understand what brings you to therapy, and for us to begin shaping what working together might look like.

We will discuss what feels most difficult right now, what you hope might change, and use the rest of our time to explore the experiences, relationships, and strengths that have shaped who you are.

Together, we’ll begin identifying priorities. My aim is to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and able to speak honestly without judgment.
