Great to meet you!

My name is Sodna Paul, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I truly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their healing and growth. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from St Thomas University. Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked as a registered nurse inpatient psychiatry, Correctional facility and medical-surgical units, which gave me a strong foundation in holistic patient care. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, with Depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, Trauma and PTSD, Substance use disorders, Sleep issues and Lifestyle related mental health concerns. I use a combination of evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle coaching to help clients reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach. I believe in working with you—not just treating symptoms, but understanding your story, values, and goals. Mental health is deeply personal, and I want you to feel seen, heard, and involved every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Client will have a supportive environment where you can speak freely about what you're going through, without fear of being judged or dismissed. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences matter, and I’m here to listen with empathy and respect.
