Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, groups and communities in the US and across Asia. I am currently CA based and work primarily with women who find themselves in a new stage of life, burnt out, depressed, stressed, or stuck.

As a mixed race woman, I understand just how much gender, racial and cultural identity can impact every aspect of life, and that sometimes these parts of us need to be seen, healed, and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will listen with compassion to your presenting needs and honor your expertise on your own story. Through the course of therapy we will explore new practices you may be open to trying. We will use mindfulness to tune into what is coming up for you in the present moment and uncover unconscious narratives that no longer serve you. By doing "the work" in a safe, collaborative, confidential, affirming space, you can reap the benefits of healing that you deserve.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is that you leave every session feeling heard, empowered, grounded and more at ease. Daily life will feel lighter, and over time you’ll look back and see just how far you’ve come.
