Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist providing psychotherapy for adults and young adults seeking meaningful and lasting change. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, perceptive, and emotionally sensitive, yet still find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of disconnection.

My approach to therapy

I am an actively engaged therapist, and my approach is both deeply attentive and collaborative. I work closely with clients not only what is happening in your life now, but also the underlying emotional patterns and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Therapy with me is not passive, I am present, thoughtful, and invested in helping you develop greater clarity, insight, and self-trust. Psychodynamic therapy involves uncovering difficult truths with the help of a patient nonjudgemental listener to collaboratively let go of the person you thought you should be, and breathe life to the person you desire to be.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to begin understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to change or explore. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and any questions you may have, and begin to determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
