Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sofia! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and founder of Soul Full Therapy, LLC. I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping people build a kinder relationship with themselves and make more room for the life they want to live.

Before starting my practice, I served as a Program Director of an eating disorder partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program (PHP/IOP), supporting individuals and families through the challenges of recovery.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I bring my authentic self to our sessions and invite you to do the same. You can expect compassion, gentle honesty, and room for laughter alongside the harder conversations. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin—we’ll work together to understand what you need and take meaningful steps forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s felt challenging, and what you hope might change. You don’t need to prepare a perfect explanation or share everything at once. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, make space for any questions you have, and we’ll decide together where to begin.
