Great to meet you!

Hello there!

Thank you so much for taking the time to consider

My background is primarily in treating addiction and substance use. That experience has provided me with numerous opportunities to grow and understand many aspects of the human condition that are often overlooked and undervalued.

Along with addiction, I also specialize in the treatment of trauma (PTSD & C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, sexual addiction, LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship issues.

I utilize the following treatment approaches in my practice: CBT, DBT, Psychoanalysis, Somatic interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness & Self-Compassion.

My approach to therapy

Things do not happen for the best, but we are forced to make the best of things that happen.

I focus on working with what you feel is important to address at the moment. Whether it's long-term goals, short-term stressors, or even taking a moment to breathe. I value a collaborative relationship with my clients as we work together to build skills and take life one day at a time.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I want to get to know you and how you are experiencing difficulties in your life. I will always start with a small discussion about how you would like the therapeutic space to be used and my role in it. I will do everything I can to ensure it is a space you are comfortable engaging in valuable and meaningful work.
