I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in Critical Care, Trauma, and Neurology as a bedside Registered Nurse. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I specialize managing and diagnosing children, teens, and adults. As a mental health provider I diagnose and offer treatment approaches consisting of psychotherapy, medication management, and life coaching.

My approach to therapy

Struggling with mental illness is difficult enough, forming an alliance with your Provider is vital for success in care. My approach to mental health comes with knowledge, empathy, and a judgement free space. Appointments will be conducted with ample time to properly diagnose, prescribe, and counsel. Mental health care requires an alliance between the Client and Provider. Overcoming depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other disorders will contribute to a healthy balanced life.
