Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m really glad you’re here. Today is the start of your counseling journey, and this space is all about you. Together, we’ll talk through your experiences—both past and present—and explore the thoughts and feelings that might be weighing on you. We’ll look at what’s been hard, but also at where growth and change can happen. My goal is to help you find tools and strategies that actually work for you and your situation. Whether you’ve been struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, or other challenges, we’ll work side by side to figure out the best path forward. This is a safe space where we can slow down, I am
