Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from Yeshiva University and a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College.

I offer a strength-based, trauma-informed approach. Using psycho-dynamic, solution focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques, I help clients explore past experiences, and current stressors, getting in the way of living life to your fullest potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and rooted in empathy. I offer a space where you can come in and be completely authentically yourself without the need to censor your thoughts and feelings when expressing yourself. In this space, you can cry, laugh, without judgment.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel challenging, but I’m here to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and find the right approach for you. Whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring things out, I invite you to book an appointment and begin your healing journey on the virtual couch.
