Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Argentina, and I provide therapy in both English and Spanish with a deep respect for culture, identity, and life transitions. I studied social work in Argentina and I have a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas in Arlington in Mental Health and Substance Misuse. I work with concerns such as anxiety and OCD, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and immigration-related stress.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based approaches like CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention. My work is grounded in compassion, hope, and grace, and when it is meaningful for you, I thoughtfully integrate my Christian faith to support your emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and supportive space where I take time to understand your story, concerns, and goals. I’ll explain the therapy process, ask questions to guide our work, and collaborate with you on next steps at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful as we begin working together.
