Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive and affirming space where clients can feel safe being themselves while learning practical tools for growth. As a bilingual therapist, I value meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences and backgrounds. For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian faith-based perspectives into treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured. I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, giving clients tools they can apply in their daily lives. Together, we work toward meaningful goals at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and the goals you'd like to work toward. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll develop a plan that supports your needs and helps you move toward positive change.
