I offer somatic therapy to folks seeking to deepen connection with their authentic selves, to create more spaciousness for play, possibility, and the unknown. So often we find ourselves in lives defined by the ways we fractured from our core selves in order to survive. I strive to serve as your witness and mirror, assist you to tap into your body’s innate wisdom, find reverence for ways you have learned to protect yourself, and begin building internal safety as a path towards new possibilities.

I am a dedicated somatic practitioner, currently on the path to becoming a registered somatic movement therapist through the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA). Throughout sessions, I will weave in elements of EMDR, polyvagal theory, IFS and relational trauma-informed talk therapy in order to support our work.
