Great to meet you!

Providing empathy, comfort, relaxation, and treatment through therapy for those who seek help as as a result of the adversaries they have experienced and possibly are experiencing in life, has been a calling for me. Extending my hand to help is an honor for me. I care about people specially those who have suffered a lot of emotional and or physical pain in life. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with my PhD. in Clinical Psychology. I have been working with individuals, Couples, and families for decades and have been in private practice since 2012. I have a holistic, and inclusive approach and empower people to become motivated and purposeful to overcome their adversaries and remove what is obstructing their growth and success. I am impressed by people's resilience, courage, and capability to become and achieve what they dream of for themselves. Together we join our forces to collaboratively investigate the root causes of your symptoms because I believe we can achieve permanent changes when we discover the roots and do repair work to process and heal as a result.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, the therapist and the client can do an amazing job of collaboratively investigating the problem, and develop a modality strategy to help you achieve your goals. Based on the symptoms, and their impact on your daily function we design a treatment plan to capture the problematic thought process, and self talk to discover what is hidden in the subconscious and what has embodied, to help the origin of the problems and to find its way to surface. It is important to embrace, accept in order to process the problem or the traumatic experience for a meaningful end result. To face painful memories by being honest and brave with yourself, is tough, but it is not hard to accomplish. And you can do it. With holistic approach to therapy, I incorporate many elements that play a significant role in holistic and nutraceutical treatment to the problem. As a foundation I practice Attachment and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is an evidence based Therapy. In successful treatment it is critical to choose the position of a victor and not a victim, by facing and dealing with the issues and not to scape or avoid the problem. Together with joined energy and your commitment, we can reach what you set as your goals regardless of how difficult that could be.

What you can expect from me

I honor a person who is facing difficulties in life, and is getting help. Kudu to an open minded individual who is smart and brave to understand that every problem has a solution and we always have a choice in helping ourselves. In my practice I help clients to learn to become empowered and motivated to love themselves, to respect themselves, and to develop strong self-esteem. My clients by the time they have reached their goals, will believe in themselves and their capabilities in all they can do. I will help my clients to discover their talents and to acknowledge their abilities to deal with problems in life. I will help my clients to set realistic goals and will guide them, and create a safe, and enhancing therapeutic environment to be conducive for their growth and achieving their goals.
