Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I believe therapy begins with feeling comfortable, heard, and understood. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. With over 15 years in the helping profession and experience providing therapy since earning my Master of Social Work in 2019, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, stress, self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, postpartum adjustment, and life transitions. Together, we can build coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and create tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to what works best for you. I use evidence-based concepts, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness, and other therapeutic techniques to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and navigate life's challenges. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling stuck, I'll help you identify your strengths, gain insight, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can show up as you are. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, better understand your experiences, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. When appropriate, I use tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to help track progress over time. You'll have a space to ask questions, reflect, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
