Welcome, I am so happy you're here! I have over seven years of experience in the mental health field, with additional training in anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, as well as interpersonal relationship and parenting struggles. I received my Master in Social Work (MSW) from California State University, Northridge, and have worked with clients across multiple settings in all stages of life. My clients say my approach in session is warm, honest, reflective, and personal.

Therapy with me is personalized to your needs and goals, although I often use Somatic Therapy, IFS, and CBT. I have experience working with teens and adults, and specialized training in anxiety, infertility, pregnancy or postpartum mental health concerns, ADHD, panic disorders, and relationship struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, creating a safe space where you can feel understood, process emotions, and begin healing at your own pace.

Many of my clients come in looking to find out what is causing their distress, process their experiences, then find practical change for their behavior. During our initial sessions, we will build a relationship and create a plan that addresses your symptoms and overall goals for therapy. I pride myself in being honest with you as we chart a new way forward together. I help my clients reduce anxiety and overthinking, improve emotional regulation, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships. I am the owner of Sunny Days Therapy Group, my online private practice, and currently offer video sessions for all California residents.
