Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I primarily work with tweens, teens, and young adults with a variety of mental health and relationship issues. If you are looking for a therapist who is easy-going and easy to talk to, I might be a good fit for you!
I believe you have to really get along with your therapist and trust them with your story to make therapy effective. We can partner together to find solutions to problems in life and to places where you feel stuck. I provide a mix of CBT, DBT, person-centered, EMDR, solution-focused, and somatic interventions with clients. The combination of these helps me to provide strategies that feel right to you and actually make a difference in your life.
I work hard to make my clients feel heard and understood. You will walk away from our time together feeling like you have someone on your side. I try to provide practical ways to improve life outside of the therapy room as well.
