I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 6 years as a therapist. I began my career in community mental health, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, the family unit, and re-entry males. I have experience treating clients with ADHD, trauma, adjustment challenges, and mood disorders (i.e. depression and anxiety). I've also collaborated with systems like DCFS and probation to provide supportive services for my clients.

My approach to therapy is more of a person-to-person vibe over a doctor-patient interaction. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and people in the midst of life transitions. I utilize a lot of Cognitive Behavioral techniques to support my clients in identifying their triggers and reframing their thoughts about said triggers so they can effectively regulate their feelings and see positive changes in their behavior.
