Great to meet you!

My orientation is deeply rooted in the principles of depth psychology, a perspective I gained through my doctoral education at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Unlike conventional psychology programs that primarily focus on conscious behaviors and symptom management, my work delves into the rich and transformative world of the unconscious mind.

I believe that many of our challenges and life patterns are shaped by forces beneath the surface of our awareness.

Instead of just treating symptoms, we'll explore the symbolic language of your psyche—looking at dreams, personal myths, and archetypes—to uncover the underlying motivations that influence your life.

It is best to contact me and find accurate available time slots since I work on various platforms.

My approach to therapy

A Comprehensive and Integrated Approach

I believe that the most effective therapy is tailored to your unique needs. While techniques like CBT can be incredibly powerful for managing symptoms and changing conscious thought patterns, I find that lasting change often requires exploring what lies beneath the surface. My preferred therapies are those that allow us to access the unconscious, such as:

  • Hypnotherapy
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Active Imagination
  • Other depth psychology techniques

By combining these methods, we can not only address your immediate concerns and goals but also delve into the deeper, often unconscious, motivations that shape your life.

This approach offers the best of both worlds: a clear, solution-oriented path for the challenges you face today, paired with a profound journey of self-discovery that leads to long-term healing and transformation.

What you can expect from me

A Holistic and Meaningful Journey

My approach to therapy is a holistic blend that integrates both traditional and depth-oriented techniques. While my doctoral training from Pacifica Graduate Institute is rooted in depth psychology, I also deeply value and incorporate more commonly known, solution-oriented methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
