Board certified child-adolescent & adult psychiatrist, practicing for 21 years in Florida. I enjoy working with children, teenagers, young adults and women from age 6 upto 50-55. Enjoys working with teen's mental health issues related to chronic illness, menstrual cycle, and women with menopause, post partum mood changes. I am a good listener, caring, compassionate, love to connect with people from different culture and work with them in their mental health journey as a team.
For minor evaluation, you will require 2, 60 minutes appointments to do full evaluation. 1st appointment with parents only and the 2nd visit with the child/adolescent and parents. Please make sure you are in a private area with good internet connection. Parents need to be present with a child.
PATIENT SHOULD BE LOCATED IN THE STATE DR GOSWAMI IS LICENSED IN.
NEED TO FILL OUT BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL ASSESSMENT AND PRACTICE POLICY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW AND WILL BE CHARGED THE FEE.
