Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who has over 3 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. I graduated from Lindsey Wilson University with a Master's in Education in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, burnout, and the persistent feeling of being “stuck.” My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, develop tools you can use right away, and create steady momentum toward the changes you want.

What you can expect from me

I believe that effective therapy begins with meeting each client where they are in their journey and creating a safe, non-judgmental space. When we work together, we will set clear, meaningful goals and track progress along the way and you'll leave each session with practical strategies to use between meetings.
