Sondra Freda

I am a LMHC with 10 years of experience working individuals and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling . I spent three years in a specialized clinic working with women who have experienced perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to doing private practice work, I currently work as an infant and early childhood therapist providing care to children and families impacted by trauma. I am certified in perinatal mental health and infant mental health.

I believe so much of who we are is shaped through relationships in our early years and I strive to get to know each of my clients through this lens. I typically use a non-directive and reflective approach. I strive to provide a safe space for my clients (whether an adult or child) to be truly held and seen for who they are. I work to partner with each of my clients on their unique journeys to finding health and wellness. I look forward to connecting to see if I would be a good fit for you!

My goal every session is to meet my clients wherever they are that day and provide a safe and reflective space for them to use however they see fit/ useful. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and judgement-free space for clients to feel seen, held, and heard.
