Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself—you’re not alone.

I’m Dr. Sondra Graham, LCSW, PhD, with nearly 30 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional impact of health challenges.

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I help clients gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more empowered in both their mental health and overall care.

If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, this can be a space where you don’t have to.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, as well as supporting individuals navigating the challenges of day-to-day life. With nearly 30 years of experience in mental health and healthcare systems, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding into our work.

I use evidence-based approaches to help you manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, improve coping skills, and build resilience. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more balanced, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we'll focus on understanding your story, identifying what's not working, and clarifying what you want to feel different moving forward.

Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and begin creating a plan that support your mental health and overall well-being.

I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered-where your voice matters.
